What conditions can Remmie Care help with?
Remmie Care provides telehealth evaluation and treatment for many common pediatric and family health concerns. You can see common examples in the What we treat section of our home page.
Not sure if we can help with a specific condition? Just ask. If you or your child need in-person evaluation, testing, or treatment, your physician will let you know and guide you to the appropriate next steps.
Can I use Remmie Care when we're traveling?
Yes. Remmie Care can be used while traveling within the United States. Physician availability and prescription services may vary by state. Remmie Care is not available outside the United States.
Can I purchase Remmie Care as a gift for someone else?
Yes. Remmie Care memberships can be purchased as a gift. After purchase, simply share the Membership Portal account setup information with the recipient so they can complete their account setup and begin using the service.
If I sign up for Remmie Care and decide it's not for me, can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on your membership type and the terms of our Subscription & Cancellation Policy. Please refer to the policy for current refund eligibility requirements and details.

Can I cancel my membership?
Monthly memberships can be canceled before the next billing cycle. Annual memberships may be eligible for a partial refund within the applicable refund period. Please refer to our Subscription & Cancellation Policy for details.

Can I add family members to my account?
Yes. Remmie Care supports family accounts. Eligible family members may be added to your account, subject to the eligibility requirements in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy. Please refer to the policy for complete details regarding family member eligibility, coverage, and usage guidelines.
How many care requests can I submit?
Your membership includes unlimited access to care. Each family member may have one active care request at a time. Once a care request is completed, a new care request can be submitted whenever needed.

Who will be caring for my child?
Your care will be provided by a board-certified physician.
Can I upload photos or images to help my physician?
Yes. When completing your patient intake form, you can upload photos or images that may help your physician evaluate the condition.
Can I update my care request after submitting it?
Yes. You can continue communicating with your physician through the Patient Portal while your care request remains open.
How will I know when my physician has responded?
You'll receive an email notification when your physician responds. Notifications are sent to the same email address you use to sign in to the Patient Portal.
Can I view my past care requests and physician responses?
Yes. You can view your past care requests, physician communications, and care recommendations through the Patient Portal.

What is the Remmie 4?
Remmie 4 is an FDA-registered digital USB otoscope designed for at-home ear imaging. It helps you capture and share ear images with your physician, making it easier to evaluate common ear-related concerns without leaving home.
How do I use the Remmie 4?
Remmie 4 is designed for parents — no medical training required. Simply connect the device to your phone, tablet, or computer, open the Remmie app, and follow the on-screen instructions to capture images of your child's ear. An AI-assisted eardrum finder helps guide you to capture clear ear images, which can then be shared with your care team.
When will my Remmie 4 arrive, and how much is shipping?
Your Remmie 4 is included with your membership and ships free to addresses within the United States. Standard delivery typically arrives within 10 business days. You can start requesting care right away — you don't need to wait for your device to arrive.
Does my Remmie 4 include a warranty?
Yes. Every Remmie 4 includes a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For warranty questions or help with your device, contact the Remmie 4 Support Team.
Is it safe to use at home on my child?
Yes. Remmie 4 is designed for home use by parents and caregivers when used according to the provided instructions.
What if my device arrives damaged or isn't working?
