Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Remmie Care subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request or by emailing support@remmiecare.com.
Cancellation will stop automatic renewal for future billing periods. Access to services will continue through the end of the active subscription term unless otherwise stated in this Policy or required by law.
Membership Billing & Refund Policy
Recurring Billing & Automatic Renewal
Remmie Care memberships are subscriptions that renew automatically. When you enroll, you authorize Remmie Care and our payment processor to charge your payment method on file on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Monthly plans renew every month on that date.
- Annual plans renew every twelve (12) months on that date.
Each renewal is charged at the then-current membership price for your plan unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will notify you in advance of any price change as required by law. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals (see "Subscription Cancellation" above); refunds, where applicable, follow the terms below.
Annual Membership Plans
- A 50% membership refund may be provided if cancellation is requested within thirty (30) days of the original subscription activation date.
- Membership fees are non-refundable after thirty (30) days.
- If cancellation occurs after thirty (30) days, the membership will remain active through the end of the current annual subscription term.
Monthly Membership Plans
- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle to prevent future renewal charges.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
Device Return Policy
- Remmie 4 devices are non-returnable and non-refundable due to personal-use medical device and hygiene considerations.
Usage Policy
Remmie Care memberships are intended for reasonable personal or family healthcare use only.
Remmie Care reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate access to services, including prorating or canceling the remaining subscription term, if:
- usage exceeds reasonable or intended use;
- services are used in a fraudulent, abusive, automated, or commercially inappropriate manner;
- family member eligibility requirements are violated; or
- use of the platform interferes with provider operations, platform availability, or service integrity.
Family Account Policy
A family account refers to a single subscription held by one primary subscriber that allows eligible household members to receive services under the same subscription account.
Each family member must maintain an individual patient profile within the electronic medical record ("EMR") system for clinical documentation and care delivery purposes.
An eligible family member is an individual who:
- Resides in the same household as the primary subscriber; and
- Has a familial or legal dependent relationship with the primary subscriber, including a spouse, domestic partner, child, parent, grandparent, or legal dependent.
Remmie Care reserves the right to request reasonable verification of household or dependent eligibility.
Changes to This Policy
Remmie Care may update or modify this Subscription & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted through the website or platform with the revised effective date.
